China Iron and Steel Association: It is expected that steel exports will decrease in the short term and imports will remain at a low level. On October 8, the Gold Ten Futures reported that domestic steel demand showed seasonal rebound in the "Golden Nine Silver Ten" period, and under the influence of macro-control policies, domestic steel supply may show a downward trend in comparison with the same period of last year. The domestic steel price is relatively stable recently, and the overseas steel price shows a downward trend. The price difference between domestic and overseas has narrowed, and steel mills have no strong willingness to reduce prices for exports. Export quotations are relatively strong, and enterprises reflect that the recent export order volume has decreased. It is expected that steel exports will decrease in the short term and imports will remain at a low level.
