The Financial Alliance reported that on October 1, according to the Weili International Group, the West Mangdou Winning Alliance (WCS) and the Lito SimFer Company recently signed an investment agreement on the construction of cross-Guinea railway and port infrastructure. These investment agreements determine that 34% of the shares of the relevant companies responsible for the construction of most of the infrastructure of the West Mangdou project under the WCS will be held by Lito SimFer. The project will build and deliver more than 600 kilometers of multi-purpose railways and port facilities for the export of WCS (Blocks 1 and 2) and Lito SimFer Company (Blocks 3 and 4) for the production of iron ore from the mines being built. This step is in line with the overall investment ratio of 50% each for the railway and port infrastructure of the West Mangdou project.
