Yunnan Energy Investment Co., Ltd. announced on September 28 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Malong Yunnan Energy Investment New Energy Development Co., Ltd. plans to invest in and construct the Zuyuan Photovoltaic Project in Malong District, Qujing City, with a construction scale of 50 MW and a total investment of 237.6687 million yuan (including 1.7639 million yuan of working capital).

The overall planning of Zuyuan Photovoltaic Station has an AC side capacity of 50 MW and a DC side installed capacity of 58.7972 MWp. This project adopts 550Wp monocrystalline double-sided photovoltaic modules, and the inverter is proposed to adopt 320kW string inverters. The AC electricity output from each array of inverters is connected to the low-voltage busbar of the box transformer, and the voltage is raised to 35kV by 1 box transformer.
