It mentioned that the coal mine safety supervision departments at all levels and coal mine enterprises should fully recognize the current severe situation of gas control, and deeply learn the lessons of gas accidents since this year. The coal mine safety supervision departments at all levels should take major disaster prevention and control such as gas prevention and control as the focus, regularly analyze and judge the major risks and problems in gas in the jurisdiction, continue to increase the safety supervision intensity in the fourth quarter of this year, urge coal mine enterprises to strictly implement gas prevention and control measures, and resolutely order the closure and rectification of coal mines without safety production conditions to ensure safe production.
