Jinko Technology announced on the evening of September 25 that in order to promote the "high turnover" operation strategy of household photovoltaic assets, its wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Shounuo and Jiangxi Shounuo respectively signed equity acquisition agreements with Yuexiu New Energy on September 24, 2023, transferring 100% equity of Henan Jinyang and Shangrao Jingle to Yuexiu New Energy.

According to the announcement, the total consideration for the equity transfer is RMB 2,635,500, and the capacity of the company's household photovoltaic station sold in this transaction is 212.19MW. Among them, the price of Henan Shounuo transferring 100% equity of Henan Jinyang is RMB 979,900, and the sold capacity is 116.92MW; the price of Jiangxi Shounuo transferring 100% equity of Shangrao Jingle is RMB 1,655,600, and the sold capacity is 95.27MW.
