The Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission released the "Notice on the Development Program of the First Market-oriented and Grid-connected Wind and Photovoltaic Power Projects in 2023" on September 24, with a total of 29 wind and photovoltaic projects with a total scale of 3.4GW, including:

Onshore Wind Power Projects: 22, totaling 3.1 million kilowatts;

Photovoltaic Projects above 6MW: 3, totaling 230,000 kilowatts;

Distributed Photovoltaic Projects below 6MW: 4, totaling 713,900 kilowatts. The highest storage ratio of the two is 55%. The investment scale of the two is the first, with Datang and State Grid Investment leading the way.
