On September 25th, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on the Development Program of the First Batch of Market-oriented Grid-connected Wind and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in 2023".

It is clear that this issued project totals 3.401 million kilowatts, with 3.1 million kilowatts of wind power, 230,000 kilowatts of photovoltaic power, and 714,000 kilowatts of distributed photovoltaic power, with a total of 1.4825 million kilowatts of energy storage. The owners are led by Datang, State Power Investment, Ningde Times, and Huanneng.

From the development program, the projects released this time promise to configure energy storage between 40% and 55%, with a duration of 2 hours.
