Guangdong Water and Electric Power Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Water and Electric Power) announced on September 22 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Guangdong Water and Electric Power Co., Ltd. had signed the "Cooperation Agreement on Xingqing District's County-wide Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project" with the People's Government of Xingqing District, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

Xinjiang Guangdong Water and Electric Power Co., Ltd. plans to invest and construct a 70MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Xingqing District, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with a total investment of about 280 million yuan; the first phase of the project is planned to be constructed with a scale of 20MW, with a total investment of about 80 million yuan; the second phase of the project is planned to be constructed with a scale of about 50MW, with a total investment of about 200 million yuan.

Data show that this is the fourth county-wide distributed photovoltaic power generation project signed by Guangdong Water and Electric Power in 2023.
