Secondary lead trading improved

SHANGHAI, Sep 22 (SMM) - Today , the price of SMM secondary refined lead increased by 75 yuan/ton compared with yesterday, and the willingness of shippers to ship goods has improved compared with yesterday. Downstream companies booked cargoes for the holidays, and market trading activity improved.

The ex-factory quotations of high-bismuth lead ingots in Anhui were around 15650 yuan/mt, excluding tax; the ex-factory quotation in Ningxia were 16,400 yuan/mt; the ex-factory quotation in Sichuan were 16,300 yuan/mt; the ex-factory quotation of secondary refined lead in Inner Mongolia were 15200 yuan/mt excluding tax. Quotes in Zhejiang were flat from the average SMM #1 lead price, with brisk trading.
