Application scope: From March 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023, photovoltaic power generation projects with a single installed capacity of not less than 200 kilowatts (public institutions installed capacity of not less than 50 kilowatts) in the Pudong New Area (projects implemented in the Lingang area shall be organized by the Lingang New District Management Committee according to the relevant policies of the new district).
