The announcement shows that Safty and Safty New Energy have signed a battery sales framework contract with Yida New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yida New Energy"), Yida Photovoltaic Technology (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yida Photovoltaic") and Henan Yida New Energy Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yida New Energy"). The contract stipulates that from November 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, the company and Safty New Energy will supply a total of 168 million pieces of single-crystal N-type TOPCon battery cells to Yida New Energy, Yida Photovoltaic and Yida New Energy, and the specific product prices and sales quantities shall be subject to the final actual orders.
