Longji Green Energy released a notice, proposing to invest 3.915 billion yuan to build a 12GW high-efficiency monocrystalline cell project in Tongchuan, adopting HPBC pro high-efficiency cell technology, with a gradual start of production in November 2024 and full production in November 2025. The investment, operation and management subject is Tongchuan Longji Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Longji Luye Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.

Longji Green Energy said that the project is conducive to the commercialization and mass production of the company's advanced and efficient battery technology, further strengthening its technological and product advantages and continuing to lead the industry in technological innovation. After production, it will increase the company's high-efficiency battery capacity scale, improve the industrial chain layout, and enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
