On September 11, 2023, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Approval of the Registration of Shares Issued by Tianqi Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. to Specific Objects" (CSRC Permit [2023] 2123), approving the company's registration application for the issuance of shares to specific objects.

This fundraising is expected to raise 300 million yuan to be used by Tianqi Shares' subsidiary, Ganzhou Tianqi Circular Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (100% held by Jiangxi Tianqi Jintai Ge Cobalt Co., Ltd.) for the second phase construction of the 15-ton phosphate iron lithium battery environmental protection project.
