To improve the laws and regulations and standards, the Guidance Opinions on Accelerating the Digital and Intelligent High-quality Development of Coal Mines has been issued to actively solve the problems of unbalanced and insufficient development, and actively guide the coal mines in areas with serious disasters and high altitudes to accelerate the intelligent construction of coal mines, promote the harmless and less harmful mining of coal mines with serious disasters, and remotely operate low-altitude operations in high-altitude mining areas.
