On September 14th, according to the report of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Xi'an Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., the company successfully won the bid for the transformation and upgrading project of 120,000 tons of industrial silicon per year in Yunnan Saineng Silicon Industrial Chain and the engineering consultation of the first phase of the project of 60,000 tons of industrial silicon per year in Hailuo New Energy Photovoltaic Industrial Chain.

On September 3rd, 2023, Yunnan Dehong State and China Industrial Transfer and Development completed the docking in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The total investment is 10.1 billion yuan, and the construction is planned to start in January 2024 and be put into production in October 2025.
