Recently, the third "Three in One" activity of Shanxi Province Development Zone in 2023 was held by video link. The project plans to build a large-scale hydrogen energy cogeneration system with a capacity of 100-1000 MW, with an annual output value of 600 million yuan after completion; the electrolysis hydrogen production project put into production uses the electricity generated by Pengfei coking plant dry coke waste heat power generation to electrolyze water to produce high-purity hydrogen, which can be transported externally by filling long-tube trailers or directly delivered to Beiyao Hydrogen Comprehensive Energy Island through pipelines, forming a complementary relationship with the 20,000 tons/year coke oven gas hydrogen production project.

The total investment of Shanxi Zhengwang electrolysis hydrogen production project is 25.2 million yuan. The project plans to build 3×500m3/h high-purity hydrogen, including hydrogen production, purification and other sections, with an annual output of 1071 tons/year.
