Baosteel Metals subscribed 62,000,000 shares of the company's issued shares in cash. After the completion of this equity change, Baosteel Metals holds 21.53% of the company's shares, Mei Xiaoming holds 16.45% of the company's shares, combined with the company's party committee establishment, board of directors re-election, supervision board re-election, senior management personnel setting and other corporate governance and personnel arrangements in the "Cooperation Framework Agreement" signed by Baosteel Metals and Mei Xiaoming, Mei Xiaoming will lose the control of the company, the company's controlling shareholder will be changed to Baosteel Metals, and the actual controller will be changed to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
