On September 6th, Shanghai Stock Exchange updated that the listing application of Zhejiang Zhengtai An Energy Digital Energy Co., Ltd. has been accepted. The prospectus shows that Zhengtai An Energy plans to issue no less than 2.709 billion shares to raise 6 billion yuan, which will be used for the construction of residential photovoltaic power station cooperation projects, information platform construction projects, supplementing working capital and repaying bank loans.

Zhengtai An Energy is the leading company in residential photovoltaic industry, and is a subsidiary of listed company Zhengtai Electric. Zhengtai Electric directly and indirectly holds 64.13% of the shares, and Nan Cunhui is the actual controller of the company.
