On September 5, Huamin Co., Ltd. announced that its holding subsidiary Hongxin New Energy Technology (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. signed the "Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer Purchase and Sale Framework Contract" with Zhengtai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. on September 5. The contract stipulates that the two parties are strategic partners, and from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2026, Zhengtai New Energy and its affiliated parties plan to purchase a total of approximately 15GW of monocrystalline silicon wafers from Hongxin New Energy and its affiliated parties, with an annual purchase of approximately 5GW. The actual selling price is determined by the monthly bargaining method.

According to the current monocrystalline silicon wafer market price and the purchase quantity stipulated in the contract, it is estimated that the total amount of the contract is 6.3 billion yuan.
