The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) held a meeting on September 4 to promote the construction of the financial management system of central enterprises. It requires central enterprises to take the construction of world-class enterprises as the goal, focus on enhancing the core competitiveness and core functions of central enterprises, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of financial management and data intelligence based on the construction of the financial management system. It should adhere to value creation, data-driven, technology-driven, shared-driven and security-driven, promote the systematization of financial management, digitalization of business and financial information, intelligent decision-making, ecological system construction and platform autonomy.
