The Shanghai Real Estate Trading Center organized a discussion meeting with the head intermediary institutions on September 4 to communicate the recent real estate market situation and understand the implementation effect of the "recognition of house but not loan" new policy, including the number of new customers, listing volume, transfer situation, house price fluctuations, etc. It is understood that the relevant platform institutions line responsible person also reported the relevant situation.
