SHANGHAI, Aug 28 (SMM) –The mainstream prices for recharging polysilicon were 73-80 yuan/kg as of last Friday, while the mainstream prices for dense polysilicon were 70-78 yuan/kg. The polysilicon price index was 75.41 yuan/kg, indicating a stable polysilicon price.

Supply and demand

The polysilicon price remained stable over the weekend, with low inventory levels. The market is currently in favor of sellers, and buyers are willing to accept higher price. There is a possibility of further price increases this week.
