Recently, China CNR Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China CNR" or "the Company") released the "Announcement on the Resolution of the 15th Meeting of the Third Board of Directors".
The announcement disclosed that the Board of Directors of China CNR held a meeting to consider and pass the "Proposal on the Establishment of CNR New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.", and agreed that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, CNR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. and CNR Shandong Wind Power Co., Ltd., shall jointly establish CNR New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CNR New Energy Company").
