The China Coal Transportation and Distribution Association released the Coal Market Dispatch Monthly Report on August 22. In the first half of August, coal enterprises accelerated the release of advanced coal production capacity and increased coal production. Key coal enterprises monitored coal production, sales and transportation compared to the same period last year, all of which showed significant growth. In terms of downstream demand by industry, high temperature and rain alternated in the first half of August, and thermal power generation continued to increase on a month-on-month basis. However, due to the improvement of water inflow, the negative growth trend of hydropower since mid-January was obviously squeezed out, which also obviously squeezed out the growth space of thermal power.
