Recently, the Haikou Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Charging Standards for Electric Vehicle Charging and Exchange Services". According to the "Notice", from September 1, the upper limit standard of charging service fee for electric vehicles (regardless of model) in Haikou is 0.65 yuan/kilowatt-hour (excluding electricity fee); the exchange service fee for electric vehicles includes electricity fee and charging service fee, which is charged according to the mileage of the vehicle, with the upper limit standard of 0.60 yuan/kilometer (including electricity fee, battery rental and charging exchange service fee, etc.). The "Notice" also requires that the charging and exchange service fee shall be subject to government guidance price management, and the specific charging standard shall be formulated by the operating enterprises according to the market and cost changes, without exceeding the upper limit standard set by the government.
