Since the start of the "Protection and Delivery of Buildings" project, various localities have accelerated the construction and delivery of projects, safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of buyers, implemented the self-rescue responsibility of enterprises, implemented the local government's local responsibility, closely monitored the housing delivery rate, and adopted multiple measures to accelerate the resumption of projects and the construction and delivery. At present, the overall resumption rate of special loan projects for protection and delivery of buildings is close to 100%, and a total of more than 1.65 million sets of housing have been completed.
