SHANGHAI, Aug 7 (SMM) -
As of August 4, port inventories of nickel ore in China stood at 6.449 million wmt, up 184,000 wmt WoW. The total Ni content was 51,000 mt. The port inventory across seven major Chinese ports totaled 2.989 million wmt, 34,000 wmt higher than the previous week. It is still in a peak period of nickel ore shipments, and the accumulated nickel ore inventory is generally in line with expectations.
