JISCO’s Ironmaking Process Equipment Upgrading and Renovation Project is advancing steadily

A few days ago, the provincial major project JISCO’s head-quarter’s ironmaking process and equipment upgrading and transformation project made progress, which was that the new No. 3 blast furnace shell was successfully capped, and the key processes and the main line construction period were on completely as expected. The upgrade and transformation project of iron-making process equipment in the headquarters is a three-step transformation of "high-end, intelligent, and green" carried out by JISCO in accordance with the ultra-low emission transformation work plan of the iron and steel industry in Gansu Province, to further promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and high-quality development important measures. The project mainly builds a 2070m blast furnace, including more than ten individual projects such as material transportation, under-trough feeding, blast furnace main body, hot blast stove, and coal injection.
