The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's spokesperson Zhao Zhiguo stated at a press conference today that the next step will be to further deepen the opening and cooperation in the industrial and information sectors. Firstly, further expand the high-level opening of the manufacturing and information communication industries, and continuously create a market-oriented, law-based and international business environment; secondly, actively give play to the role of government-to-government and bilateral cooperation mechanisms, strengthen policy coordination with foreign countries, and strive to maintain the security and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain; thirdly, participate in global digital governance through relevant international organizations and multilateral platforms, and promote digital economy cooperation. In the second half of the year, we will also hold a number of international exchange activities under the frameworks of BRICS and China-Latin America.
