Polysilicon Prices Have Collapsed And Will Remain Vulnerable To Decline Under Huge Inventory Pressure  

SHANGHAI, Jun 12 (SMM) –The mainstream prices of recharging polysilicon and dense polysilicon were 85-102 yuan/kg and 80-97 yuan/kg respectively last week. The Polysilicon Price Index was 83.62 yuan/kg. Polysilicon prices have collapsed. Even leading polysilicon enterprises are pessimistic. The stocks of several top-tier enterprises have exceeded 30,000 mt. The market has become more chaotic, and the price negotiation cycle has been further shortened. Some deals were done at merely over 80 yuan/kg. With growing pressure from silicon wafer enterprises, polysilicon prices will still have room to fall.
