Zijin Mining Group Co. issued an announcement that on May 14, 2023, Fujian Xingwanxiang Construction Group Co. an outsourcing unit of Zijin Mining Group Tibet Julong Copper (hereinafter referred to as "Julong"), had a hanging cage falling accident during the construction of the shaft project related to the drainage roadway of the open-pit mining site of the Julong Copper-polymetallic Mine.
As a result, six Xingwanxiang employees lost contact.
