SHANGHAI, May 22 (SMM) - Electrolyte prices rose slightly last week. This was mainly driven by rising prices of lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6), its core raw material. The prices of mainstream solvents and additives barely changed. Tight supply buoyed LiPF6 prices. As the prices of lithium carbonate and lithium fluoride kept rising recently, it has become more difficult for LiPF6 enterprises to source enough raw materials, which hindered their production.
