After the commissioning of the first production line in June, all 4 production lines will be put into operation within this year.
By then, Yukun Iron & Steel will have an iron-making capacity of 4.56 million mt and a steel-making capacity of 5.15 million mt, becoming an important manufacturer of industrial materials, hot-rolled steel and high-strength construction steel. It will also become the largest private steel company in south-west China.
