Gross Profit Margin of one Anode Material Giant  Fell For Three Consecutive Years

In 2022, BTR will achieve operating income of 25.679 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 144.76%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 2.309 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 60.27%.

According to the annual report, in 2022, BTR achieved a sales volume of more than 330,000 mt of anode materials, corresponding to a revenue of 14.631 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 126.52%.

During the same period, BTR achieved a sales volume of more than 30,000 mt of cathode materials, corresponding to a revenue of 10.301 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 182.11%, and the release of production capacity was accelerated.

However, while the revenue has increased, the gross profit margin of the company has shown a continuous decline in the past three years.

From 2020 to 2022, its gross profit margins were 26.91%, 25.02% and 15.83%, respectively.
