On April 17, the Xinghe County Government and Inner Mongolia Xingyushun Graphite New Material Co., Ltd. held a cooperation signing ceremony. The deputy county magistrate Hou Ying and the heads of relevant departments attended the signing ceremony.

Inner Mongolia Xingyushun Graphite New Material Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 100 million yuan and a designed annual production capacity of 24,000 mt of special carbon. After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it can achieve annual sales of 360 million yuan and annual tax payment of 25 million yuan.
