Bauxite Prices Dropped in April

As of April 10, bauxite in north Shanxi and Xiaoyi, with Al/Si ratio of 5 and alumina content of 60%, was traded between 440-450 yuan/mt and 450-460 yuan/mt respectively (excluding resource tax and VAT, delivery to factory). Bauxite in Sanmenxia, Henan with Al/Si ratio of 5 and alumina content of 60%, was traded between 450-470 yuan/mt (excluding tax, delivery to factory). Prices of bauxite in Guizhou with Al/Si ratio of 5.5 and alumina content of 58% were between 330-390 yuan/mt (excluding tax, delivery to factory). Prices of bauxite in Guangxi with Al/Si ratio of 6 and alumina content of 53% remained unchanged at 310-325 yuan/mt (excluding tax, delivery to factory).
