Poly Development: Total New and Second-hand Housing Market will Exceed 20 Trillion Yuan in Next 5 Years

Poly Development Holdings released the Poly 2022-2023 White Paper on the Real Estate Industry. The white paper shows that the real estate market in 2022 will drop from a peak of 18.2 trillion to 13.3 trillion. The amount is decremented for the first time. However, the white paper pointed out that in the next five years, the scale of the new housing market will remain above 10 trillion yuan, and the total scale of the new housing and second-hand housing market will exceed 20 trillion yuan.
