Rare Earth Prices Remain in Downturn amid Growing Bearishness

SHANGHAI, Mar 20 (SMM) -  Last week, the overall prices of rare earth continued to decline. Affected by news that the domestic rare earth supply would continue to increase, bearish sentiment in the rare earth market intensified. Buyers tried even harder to lower their purchase prices, and the actual transaction prices of rare earth oxides and metals kept falling. Demand from magnetic materials companies has not yet recovered, leaving rare earth prices under constantly downward pressure.
