Guangzhou Announces 901 Hectares of Residential Land for 2023 Land Supply Plan

The Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau recently announced the construction land supply plan for Guangzhou in 2023. The total planned supply of construction land in Guangzhou this year is 3,203 hectares. Among them, the planned supply of residential land is 901 hectares, accounting for 28% of the total; while commercial residential land is 549 hectares, accounting for 61% of the planned supply of residential land and 17% of the total land supply.
