Silicon Wafer Prices Stabilise This Week

SHANGHAI, Mar 3 (SMM) - The mainstream traded prices of monocrystalline silicon wafer M10 and G12 stood at 6.2 yuan/piece and 8.1 yuan/piece respectively as of March 2. The prices suffered a certain negative impact from the drop in polysilicon prices. But on the other hand, at present, the shortage of high-quality crucibles limits the release of silicon wafer capacity, which in turn forms a certain support for the prices of silicon wafers. And the prices stabilised amid multiple bearish and bullish factors as well as the stable quotes disclosed by the leading companies.
