Polysilicon Prices Fall this Week under Inventory Pressure

SHANGHAI, Mar 3 (SMM) - Polysilicon prices fell this week amid a certain inventory pressure. The mainstream prices of recharging polysilicon and dense polysilicon were 220-241 yuan/kg and 215-232 yuan/kg respectively. Silicon wafer producers greatly cut their purchase prices. The recent market transactions have been slack. Prices of some polysilicon orders dropped under the supply-demand balance and market sentiment. However, it should be noted that the overall supply of N-type products is relatively scarce because of the popularity.
