Real Estate Market Turnover in February Rose More Than 40%

According to CRIC data, the overall real estate market continued to recover steadily in February, and the supply in the key 30 cities rebounded from a low level, with a slight increase of 7% month-on-month. The transactions also rebounded strongly, with a year-on-year increase of over 40%, while the overall transaction scale remained stable. The cumulative turnover in the first two months has stopped falling, and the market showed signs of recovery.
