SHANGHAI, Feb 1 (SMM) - Tesla is considering building a factory near the Felipe Angeles International Airport in Mexico City, as an export hub for the company, according to Mexican presidential spokesman Jesus Ramirez. Ramirez said Tesla would likely set up a factory in an industrial park under development three kilometers from the airport.
