It is necessary to give full play to the resource attributes and advantages of Anshan iron and steel, magnesite and other industries according to local conditions, integrate technology and policy support, and vigorously develop. It is expected that the utilization industry of industrial solid waste resources in Anshan City can be developed into a pillar industry of the city, promoting regional green development and low-carbon sustainable development. Sun Wei pointed out that solid waste is a misplaced resource, and each mineral has its own characteristics, so it is necessary to make full use of the characteristics of Anshan solid waste resources to maximize utilization. It can be considered from the two aspects of mineral resources and element resources, dolomite resources should make full use of calcium and magnesium resources to achieve high value utilization, such as nanometer calcium carbonate, iron ore tailings resources should consider the transport radius of high consumption, at the same time pay attention to high-value utilization, such as ceramic tile glue and so on.
