During the construction of the project, it overcame many difficulties such as Rain Water in the first half of 2021 and the severe epidemic prevention and control situation in August 2021, and passed the completion and acceptance of the project on December 30, 2021. The acceptance expert group has always believed that the innovation of the project is outstanding: through the development of the MES system, a large number of new equipment has been successfully used for the first time in the industry, and the management efficiency has been further improved by basically realizing full automation in a single equipment; adopting waste heat utilization, cooling in summer and heating in winter, with remarkable environmental benefits; through AGV cars, unmanned material transfer has been realized, creating a modern "dust-free workshop". The commissioning of the intelligent production line of medium and coarse tungsten carbide powder marks the beginning of a new chapter in hard green production, digital and intelligent production.
