In 2021, we have witnessed the rapid development of the battery new energy industry, as well as the demand in the field of lithium materials that have been "carried away" and the prices of lithium materials that have been "brought up". As of mid-November, the price of lithium hexafluorophosphate reached 600000 yuan per ton, while in November last year, the price of the material was about 95000 yuan / ton. Battery network finishing found that since the beginning of this year, the price soared at the same time, lithium battery companies huddled to sign lithium salt "long list" phenomenon highlighted, while lithium hexafluorophosphate production expansion is also heating up.

Lock single frequency transmission

Since the beginning of this year, domestic lithium hexafluorophosphate enterprises continue to harvest purchase orders. According to the incomplete statistics of the battery network, the current purchase order volume of lithium hexafluorophosphate is not less than 165600 tons, most of the procurement period is more than 1 year, and some orders are as long as 5 years.

Among them, the purchase order of lithium hexafluorophosphate harvested from July 2021 to December 2025 is not less than 66010 tons; the purchase order of lithium hexafluorophosphate harvested by Yan'an Bikang from July 2021 to December 2025 is not less than 39022 tons; the purchase order of lithium hexafluorophosphate harvested by Skyline from July 2021 to 2023 is 21500 tons-25700 tons. The purchase order of lithium hexafluorophosphate harvested by Tianshi material in June 2022 is 15000 tons corresponding to the quantity of electrolyte products; the purchase order of lithium hexafluorophosphate harvested by Yongtai Technology by December 2026 is not less than 24100 tons.

Judging from the above orders, since the beginning of this year, the head battery companies have accelerated to lock in the supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate.

Among them, BYD supplies 77480-81680 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate from July 2021 to December 2025; Ningde era supplies no less than 24100 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate from July 2021 to December 2026; and Funeng Technology supplies no less than 1700 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate from August 2021 to December 2022.

Battery network also noted that power battery companies crazy about hexafluorophosphate is not limited to locking, in order to ensure the supply of key resources in the industry, the head enterprises open the buying mode. Among them, on November 14, Yongtai Technology announced that Ningde Times intends to buy its holding subsidiary Yongtai High-tech 25% for 500 million yuan.

Expand and speed up

Under the inducement of orders, lithium hexafluorophosphate related enterprises rushed to expand production.

Since the beginning of this year, the annual production capacity of lithium hexafluorophosphate investment has reached 751000 tons, because the amount of investment involves the construction of a number of projects, the investment amount of lithium hexafluorophosphate is not clear, so the total investment is not counted.

Judging from the above-mentioned projects, the shortage of supply has led enterprises to carry out a war of "capacity expansion". "veterans" and "recruits" attacked one after another, sharing the spectrum of the prosperity of lithium hexafluorophosphate.

Among them, the more typical one is Dashenghua, the electrolyte solvent leader who first set foot in liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate; Liwen Chemical, which adds the project of lithium hexafluorophosphate on the basis of additives; and gold stone resources with cross-border layout of lithium hexafluorophosphate from raw material fluorite; Sanmei shares with cross-border layout of lithium hexafluorophosphate from raw material hydrogen fluoride; and Lizhong Group with cross-border layout of lithium hexafluorophosphate from aluminum alloy.

The battery network also notes that lithium hexafluorophosphate is the most widely used electrolyte lithium salt at present, and in order to lay out the future electrolyte lithium salt, many enterprises also focus on lithium difluorosulfonimide. Among them, Polyfluoroduo, Yongtai Technology, Goldstone Resources, Lizhong Group, Tianci Materials, New Zebang and other enterprises are involved in the difluorosulfonimide lithium layout in the new project investment.

Conclusion: the battery new energy industry is moving towards high-quality development, and the volume in the industry is accelerating, whether it is the Ningde era of lock-up and acquisition, or Shida Shenghua, which is poking its tentacles out of lithium salt, or Liwen Chemical, Goldstone Resources, Sanmei shares and the cross-border Lizhong Group from the raw materials, lithium hexafluorophosphate industry is attracting more forces to seize the market, and the volume is going to accelerate!

It can not be ignored that the production cycle of newly invested lithium hexafluorophosphate is generally 1.5-2 years, with the lesson that the price of lithium hexafluorophosphate skyrocketed to plummet from 2016 to 2018. While vigorously expanding production, those who cross borders and expand production should always pay attention to the changes in supply and demand of the industry, and beware of the risk of overcapacity and price collapse brought about by centralized production in the later stage.

오늘 SMM 전지급 탄산리튬 현물 가격은 전 거래일 대비 소폭 하락했다. 탄산리튬 2701 계약은 오늘 157,000위안/톤에 낮게 개장한 후 하락세를 보였다. 오전 장중 156,000~157,000위안 구간에서 약세 흐름을 보였으며, 장중 고점은 157,800위안/톤이었다. 정오 무렵 153,200위안/톤까지 급락하며 장중 신저가를 기록했다. 정오 전후로 154,000~156,000위안 구간에서 등락을 반복했다. 오후 장에서는 매수 세력이 일시적으로 가격을 끌어올렸으나 평균 가격선을 돌파하지 못했다. 장 후반 다시 약세를 보이며 결국 3.2% 하락한 154,800위안/톤에 마감했고, 미결제약정은 9,123계약 감소했다. 현물 시장에서는 하류 업체들이 필요에 따라 저가 매수에 나섰다. 155,000위안/톤 이하에서는 하류의 현물 주문 매수 의향이 계속 회복되었다. 공급 측면에서는 가격이 하락함에 따라 현물 주문 판매 의향이 여전히 약했으며, 일부 리튬 화학 공장은 가격을 고수하며 판매를 보류했다. 전반적으로 시장 문의와 실제 거래는 비교적 활발했다.
