SHANGHAI, Sep 8 (SMM) - The Hunan government has prioritised the execution of environmental protection measures recently against antimony pollution, according to unofficial news sources.
Therefore, antimony-related enterprises in Hunan, including upstream and downstream mines, smelters and processing plants, have all been ordered to shut recently. Orderly investigations will begin soon.
For the manufacturers that have stopped production, the production resumption schedule has not been decided and the closure is likely to be long.
