In accelerating the research and development of core processes and pilot projects of new processes, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with relevant departments, will pay close attention to the R & D and industrialization of titanium dioxide process by hydrochloric acid extraction, and steadily promote the pilot projects of new processes. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with relevant departments, will actively promote industry associations and standardized technical organizations to further speed up the development of relevant standards for the titanium industry, encourage the rational formulation of local emission standards, actively participate in the formulation of international standards, and constantly improve the standard system, to provide technical support for the optimization, adjustment, transformation and upgrading of the titanium dioxide industry.
