Invest 10 billion! AVIC Lithium 50GWh Power Battery and Energy Storage Battery Project settled in Chengdu

On May 29th, at the investment promotion meeting and project cooperation agreement signing ceremony of 2021 Chinese and foreign well-known enterprises Sichuan Bank, AVIC Lithium successfully signed a contract with Chengdu Economic Development Zone, and AVIC Lithium 50GWh Power Battery and Energy Storage Battery Chengdu Base Project officially settled in Chengdu Economic Development Zone. Liu Jingyu, chairman of the company, attended the signing of the contract, which was witnessed by Peng Qinghua, secretary of the Sichuan Provincial CPC Committee, and Huang Qiang, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and governor.

AVIC Lithium 50GWh Power Battery and Energy Storage Battery Chengdu Base Project is a 10 billion-level project with the largest investment amount and the fastest promotion speed since the establishment of Chengdu major industrialization project investment fund. It took only 68 days from docking to landing, and the contract was signed on the same day, and the project company was registered and established on the same day, which fully reflects sincerity, efficiency and win-win results.

AVIC Lithium Chengdu base project is divided into two phases to build an industry-leading, green and intelligent benchmark industry base. The products are mainly equipped with domestic and foreign new energy vehicles and energy storage market and other application fields. After the completion of the project, it will fill the gap in the high-end manufacturing of power batteries for new energy vehicles in Chengdu, attract supporting industries and ecological enterprises to invest in Chengdu, build and improve the upstream and downstream industrial system, and jointly build industrial clusters supported by new materials and new energy, making significant contributions to regional economic development.
