Ji Guijun, executive deputy general manager, revealed that the company develops next-generation photonic materials such as thin film lithium niobate and photonic integrated chip technology through the photonic integration division, and will launch a series of thin film lithium niobate high-speed modulators and modules in the next few years.

According to the annual report, the company's revenue for the whole of last year was about 492 million yuan, an increase of 25.80 percent over the same period last year, and its net profit was about 59.2054 million yuan, an increase of 2.99 percent over the same period last year. Among them, Milan Light Bank lost 13.1075 million yuan. The lithium niobate modulator and photon integrated products of Milan Optical Library had a gross profit margin of only 18% for the whole of last year, while the gross profit margin of the rest of optical communication devices was 44.98%.

Previously, the company expanded the market for optical chip products by acquiring the LiNbO3 (lithium niobate) series of high-speed modulator lines (now Milan Optical Library) of Lumentum and its subsidiaries in Italy and its contract manufacturers. According to the annual report, at present, the total production capacity of lithium niobate series products is 10000 pieces. After the research and development of lithium niobate high-speed modulator chip and industrialization project reach production, the company will add 80,000 pieces of lithium niobate modulator chip and device production capacity. It is reported that the foundation stone of the project was laid on December 10 last year.

In this performance exchange meeting, a number of investors expressed concern about Milan Light Library. The company responded that the integration of assets related to the acquisition of lithium niobate series high-speed modulator product line has achieved phased success. The R & D and production operation team of Milan Optical Library has been successfully set up. At present, the production operation is normal, and the lithium niobate modulator has been mass produced and sold to the outside world. In addition, the company has basically completed the layout of dual R & D centers in China and Italy. The follow-up company will explore appropriate ways such as independent research and development and epitaxial expansion to continue to enter the optical chip market and realize the mass production of middle and high-end laser chips.

The company also said at the performance conference that the lidar field is one of the important development directions of the company in the future, and the company's current position in the relevant market is to provide comprehensive component portfolio delivery capabilities and integrated solution experts for emitting light sources. In the future, the company will seek development opportunities in the field of lidar integration module based on emitting light source.

It is worth mentioning that Ji Guijun has also responded to the quantum technology that has attracted much market attention. The company's general-purpose optical fiber devices such as wavelength division multiplexers can be used in the field of optical communications, including quantum communications. The series of quantum light sources and lithium niobate modulators are the key devices in quantum communication and quantum computing systems, and the company will continue to pay attention to the market opportunities in the field of quantum technology.

For this year's business strategy, Co-Chairman WangXinglong said that in 2021, the company will improve the layout of the "three tracks" of optical fiber laser devices, optical communication devices, lithium niobate modulation devices and photonic integrated devices. Subsequently, the scale of the company will be expanded by means of endogenous growth and epitaxial mergers and acquisitions to enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness.

오늘 SMM 전지급 탄산리튬 현물 가격은 직전 거래일 대비 소폭 하락했다. 탄산리튬 2701 계약은 오늘 156,000위안/톤에 높게 개장한 뒤 장 초반 평균가선 위에서 횡보하며 장중 최고 158,000위안/톤까지 올랐다. 정오 무렵 매도 세력이 매도 압력을 강화하면서 가격이 급락해 평균가선 아래로 밀렸다. 오후에는 저점에서 약세 횡보했고, 일시적인 반등에도 불구하고 평균가선을 돌파하지 못한 채 149,500위안/톤까지 저점을 낮췄다. 장 마감 직전 149,800~150,000위안 구간에서 저점 횡보하다가 결국 3.71% 하락한 149,900위안/톤에 마감했으며, 미결제약정은 1,517계약 감소했다. 이번 주 중국 탄산리튬 공급은 회복세를 이어갔다. 이는 주로 일부 리튬 화학 공장의 정기 보수 완료와 리튬휘석, 레피돌라이트, 염호 자원 기반 공장들의 점진적인 생산 재개에 따른 것이며, 재활용 부문은 정상적인 생산을 유지했다. 시장 거래 및 재고 변화 측면에서는 월초에 접어들면서 상류 리튬 화학 공장들이 장기 계약 물량을 순차적으로 출하했다. 이번 주 가격이 160,000위안/톤 이상으로 오르자 일부 리튬 화학 공장은 현물 주문 판매 의향이 높아져 재고가 감소했다. 하류 소재 공장들은 소비가 지속적으로 증가했음에도 불구하고 장기 계약 물량과 고객 공급 원료가 순차적으로 인도되면서 재고가 대체로 안정적으로 유지되었고, 가격이 155,000위안/톤 아래로 떨어지자 현물 구매 의향이 점차 강화되었다. 트레이더들은 상류의 현물 출하가 소폭 증가하고 하류의 현물 구매가 정상 수준을 유지하면서 재고가 소폭 감소했다.
